ILNP Lulu is from the Fall 2015 collection. It is a gorgeous blue-toned dark purple holo with particles ranging from extremely small to slightly oversized for an unmatched holographic sparkle that’s absolutely stunning!
This is two easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
